Enjoy this hidden gem located in West St. Paul. The ambiance is like no other. You and your guests will be sure to enjoy this beachy space as much as we do! We are located in a spacious store front with large windows on the corner of 777 Smith Ave S. with ample amount of free street parking. 

We can comfortably fit 25 people at once but have had mingling type parties up to 35. All rentals are private! You are able to utlize your rental time however best fits your needs. You are welcome to bring in any food or beverages. 

This space is perfect for a Bridal Suite (includes 2 Hair and Makeup Stations), hosting Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Photoshoots, & Events.

STUDIO WEEKDAY RATES

  • 2 Hours $200  |  4 Hours $300  |  8 Hours $500  |  $100 per hour for additional time
  • Photography Only |  $100 per hour

STUDIO WEEKEND RATES (FRI.-SUN.)

  • 2 Hours $225  |  4 Hours $350  |  8 Hours $600  |  $100 per hour for additional time
  • Photography Only | $125 per hour

A total deposit of $200 will be required for booking the studio space and is made up of the following:

A $100 deposit is required for booking the studio space and will be applied as a credit to the final invoice. A damage deposit of $100 is required for booking the studio space and will be returned if no damages occur. The entire $200 deposit is nonrefundable if a cancellation notice is received within 3 weeks of the event date.
Cancellations for studio rental for photography received 24 hours in advance of the rental time will result in a full refund.
